Preparation and carrier timing
A normal order is prepared in approximately 1–2 business days before dispatch. Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, estimated transportation takes 3–5 business days. These are separate estimates rather than a promised arrival date.
Checkout and destination details
The checkout screen is the authority for available delivery services, charges, and any free-shipping offer. A complete street address, current email, and reachable telephone number must be supplied so fulfillment and carrier notices can proceed accurately.
Tracking or delivery problems
Tracking information is shared when the carrier makes it available. Questions about delay, loss, a delivered scan without receipt, or transit damage should include the order number, checkout email, tracking reference, and clear photographs when damage is involved.
Service limits
Destination, product, carrier, or legal restrictions may limit a shipping method. A carrier investigation can extend resolution time, and the available next step is determined after the relevant order evidence is reviewed.
