Returns and exchanges we accept
Eligible defective and non-defective merchandise may be returned, and an exchange may also be requested. Non-defective reasons include a change of mind, a personal preference, or choosing the wrong item.
Condition and request window
A non-defective item must still be new, unused, and in its original condition with the packaging, tags, and supplied accessories intact. The request must reach us within 30 days after delivery.
Damage, defects, and order errors
Damage, a defect, an incorrect shipment, missing components, or a material difference from the description can qualify for assistance. Send the order number, checkout email, a useful explanation, and photographs or video of the product and packaging when the issue can be shown.
Authorization, mailing, and resolution
Do not send an unauthorized parcel. After approval, use the free return label included inside the original package and return the merchandise by mail. There is no restocking fee. Exchanges depend on stock, and an approved refund is processed to the original payment method within 10 days.
